A walk at sunset

Waiting for Spring to discover the beauty and magic of “Palermo at sunset”!

A guided walk to appreciate the most fascinating streets and squares of Palermo’s historic center at sunset. A stroll that will let you uncover a different sight of the “eclectic” Palermo. Enjoy an Aperitif in one of the most evocative places of the city.

I will lead you to the “Cala”, Palermo’s ancient port, which represents the strong and indissoluble bond of Panormos (Palermo’s ancient name) with the “sea”.

You will be surprised by an impressive landscape: far away “Mount Pellegrino”, called in the past “Heirkte” by Greeks and “Gebel Grin” by Arabs, is about 600 mt high and closes the splendid Palermo’s bay to the north, overlooking the city. “Mount Pellegrino” which is an icon of the city, over the centuries has been celebrated by various travelers and described by Goethe as “the most beautiful promontory in the world”.
